Acting on behalf of Peugeot Citreon Automobiles following the closure in 2006 of their car plant at Ryton we marketed the site which eventually became Prologis Park Ryton. The scheme extends to 2 million sq ft of Grade A industrial and logistics buildings whci is 500,000 sq ft (46,451m2)  more than the old car plant.
The automotive history of the site has been retained with occupiers including Jaguar Land Rover Logistics and their Specialist Vehicles Operations (SV) together with the London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC).
More recently ILP leased DC4 a 166,748 sq. ft refurbished unit to Furnolic one of the largest retailers on Amazon.

A recent major development project involved us approaching and negotiating a joint venture agreement with a local land owner farmer. The marketing of the scheme has resulted in a 670,000 sq ft pre-let to Pets at Home. Future phases bringing in other landowners will take the development up to nearly 3 million sq. ft.

Midpoint was part of the Severn Trent portfolio which was acquired by Prologis in 2006 advised by the team when at Gerald Eve. Following the acquisition, our involvement remained through the development of the scheme which continues today where we recently leased  DC6 a  164,000 sq ft  new logistics facility to Top Cloud Logistics Ltd a Chinese e-commerce retailer.

Originally developed by Roxhill (now SEGRO).  The team  were brought onto the scheme to rejuvenate the marketing in a difficult market resulting in a succession of lettings by bringing forward new ideas and enquiries. 

Following on from the sale of the Vauxhall warehouse site at Toddington, we advised on the development of a 700,000 sq ft new national parts warehouse  built by Stoford Developments Ltd for Stellantis. This is part of the Vauxhall Ellesmere Port site where the production of Astras recently ceased, but upon which a rationalised and reequipped plant was transformed into the UK's first EV-only manufacturing site following a £100 million investment

ILP Partners have recently completed the sale of the 92-acre Vauxhall manufacturing plant in Luton. Acting for Stellantis ILP Partners sold the 1.7m sq ft complex to international developers Goodman Developments. They will regenerate the site by investing over £400 million, working closeley with Luton Council to redevelop a 1.5 million sq.ft scheme which will create, it is envisaged ,1700 jobs in a variety of sectors.
