Founded in late 2022, Industrial & Logistics Property Partners (ILP Partners) specialise in the large scale industrial and logistics sector, focusing on development advice, site acquisition, leasing and sales, acting for leading corporate clients, developers. funds and other investors.

The team has advised on a number of large corporate disposals and acquisitions in the Midlands , North West, South East and other regions, including many prime developments throughout the East and West Midlands.

Based in Solihull , the team covers the whole of the UK, but with particular focus on the Midlands, the North and Southeast.
