New 357,221sq.ft Prelet development completes at Prologis Park Daventry

ILP Partners are delighted to have acted for Prologis on this major prelet dvelopment . The facility  for HANKOOK TYRE UK LIMITED  has recently reached practical completionand and has been developed to meet Hankook Tyre UK’s current and future growth ambitions,  as well as  their operational and sustainability requirements. The unit has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating in construction and an EPC A rating in operation. Working with Hankook Tyre UK,  Prologis accommodated two memorial trees from their current unit at Apex Park into the newly created amenity area - just one example of how Prologis has exceeded their customer’s expectations within the build. Hankook Tire & Technology is one of the world’s leading tyre manufacturers and its UK subsidiary has used the location of Daventry, Apex Park, as its main distribution hub.
