Tritax and ILP Partners let 390,000 sq. ft logistics unit on the 111 acre Rugby development
Tritax working with ILP Partners has let Unit 5 a 391,077 ft2 warehouse, on a 15 year lease to a data management company.

Unit 5
The facility has 17m eaves, as well as 36 docks and four level access doors served by a 50m yard with parking for 64 HGVs and 283 cars and is 100% EV ready .The BREEAM Excellent EPCA rated building has roof top solar already fitted up to 641 kWp and there is planning consent for future provision of PV panels covering 100% of the useable roof area. The facility was built net zero in construction.
